Mr. and Mrs. Henry Bockes, living in the country, mourn the death of their eighteen-months-old baby girl, who died Tuesday night of pneumonia.

Barbara Jeane Bockes

Little Barbara Jeane Bockes, only child of Mr. and Mrs. Henry A. Bockes, was born July 23, 1926, and died Jan. 3, 1928, aged 1 year, 5 months and 9 days.

Three days after Christmas, Dec. 28, she was taken sick, which on Sunday evening developed into pneumonia. Everything that could be done was done, but nothing seemed to help until the end came to relieve her from her suffering on Tuesday evening. She had always been a delicate little child, having had an operation for mastoids early last spring.

The funeral was held Thursday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Brown. Interment was at the Alice cemetery.
