The little baby girl of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Stickfort died at the hospital at Marshalltown at 8:15 Tuesday night. The little one had not been well for several months. The parents took her to the University hospital at Iowa City for treatment two months ago. She received no help there. Two weeks ago the child was taken to the hospital at Marshalltown, where two mastoid operations were performed.

Obituary

Margaret May Stickfort, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jake Stickfort, was born May 9, 1926, and passed away May 17, 1927, having reached the age of one year and eight days.

She had been sick for some time but all that loving hands and medical skill could do proved to be of avail.

She leaves one small brother besides her parents and many other relatives to mourn her loss.

The funeral was held Friday afternoon, May 20, at the Lutheran church in Holland.

Services were conducted by Rev. Athenstaedt, assisted by Rev. J. E. Drake.

Burial was made in the Holland cemetery. There were many beautiful floral offerings.

Those from a distance attending the funeral were Jake Rosevink, Sr., Mrs. Chas. Rector, Mr. and Mrs. Will Rosevink, and Mr. and Mrs. Jake Rosevink, all of Hampton.
