Otto Schneckloth, Reinbeck Farmer, Cancer Victim

Otto Schneckloth, Black Hawk township farmer died last Saturday from cancer. He was 61 years old. He was born at Remsen, Ia. His mother died when he was an infant. He was adopted by an uncle and aunt, Henry and Dora Schneckloth. The family moved to a farm near Reinbeck in 1905. On Sept. 18, 1912 he was married to Emma Thede. They made their home on a farm near Reinbeck.

Surviving are the wife and two children: Mrs. Lulu Bowers, Morrison, and Mrs. Lucille Reed, Chicago. One brother, Rudolph resides at Luverne, Minn.

Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at the Congregational church at Reinbeck. Burial was in the Reinbeck cemetery.
