Nora Baldwin Dies In Austin, Minn.

Miss Nora Baldwin who spent much of her life in Grundy county died in a hospital at Austin, Minn., on Sunday. She had been in failing health for eight years and was a patient in the hospital the past two years. She was 59 years old.

Funeral services were held in the Catholic church at Austin on Tuesday morning. The body was brought to Grundy Center. There was a graveside service for her in the Grundy Center cemetery where her parents are buried.

Nora Baldwin was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Baldwin. She was born in Illinois. About 40 years ago she came with other members of her family to Grundy county. Her parents died here. She left Grundy Center about 12 years ago to make her home with her sister, Mrs. Fred Clark and family.

Surviving are one brother, Ed Baldwin, who lives in Waterloo. The four surviving sisters are Mrs. Lannert, Pekin, Ill., Mrs. Albert Hanisch, Raymond, Minn., Mrs. Fred Clark, St. Paul, and Mrs. Heye Hemmen, Austin, Minnesota.
