Fred Sindt Dies In Hospital

Fred Sindt from Reinbeck died Friday in a Waterloo hospital. Death was the result of a heart ailment. He was 69 years old.

Funeral services were at the Congregational church in Reinbeck Monday afternoon. Burial was in the Reinbeck cemetery.

Fred Sindt was born on a farm northwest of Traer. On June 20, 1909, he and Laura Hoeppner were married. The couple started life together on a farm a short distance south of Reinbeck. Seven years ago they moved to Reinbeck.

Surviving are his wife, his mother, Detroit Lakes, Minn.; four brothers, John, Hope, Ida.; Martin, Libby, Ida.; Levi, St. Paul, Minn.; and Gordon, Three Rivers, Minn.; two sisters, Mrs. Gladys Riggs, Dowagiac, Mich. and Mrs. Ed Surring, Detroit Lakes; he was preceded by his father and two brothers.
