The one year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Severt VanHauen, living in Pleasant Valley township, died Monday. He was buried at the Siemsen church yesterday. The boy had a growth on his spinal cord since his birth which it was impossible to remove. The end came quite suddenly when the growth burst.
