Mrs. Rebecca Walters died Sunday evening at the home of her son, Will, at Traer. Her three sons, Alvin, Will and Ernest, were with her. The funeral was Tuesday afternoon at the N. E. Walter home here, conducted by Rev. Schmidt. A choir composed of Mrs. A. H. Moeller, Mrs. Louise Schrieber, A. H. Moeller and Elias Bieber sang two very pretty sons. Mrs. Walters was over 82 years old and had lived in Reinbeck since 1877, being one of the oldest settlers. Beside the three sons she leaves seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, a host of friends and neighbors.
