Wm. Quackenbush Died Last Sunday

Death Was Due to High Blood Pressure and Heart Trouble

William Quackenbush died at his home seven miles southeast of Reinbeck last Sunday evening. He had been sick for some time with a complication of ailments, including high blood pressure and heart trouble. He was fifty-six years old.

Funeral services conducted by the pastor of the United Brethren church at Hudson were held at the home on Tuesday. Interment was made in the cemetery at Grundy Center.

Mr. Quackenbush was a long time resident of Grundy county. He lived on a farm in the vicinity of Dike and Reinbeck for some twenty years.

The deceased is survived by his wife and his mother. The mother has been an invalid for some time and she is now receiving treatment in a sanitarium.
