Death of Mrs. Baird

Mrs. Baird went in the early summer to visit at the home of her son and wife, Mr. and Mrs. Rollin Baird of Peoria, Ill., where she became ill and passed away on Nov. 26th. The remains were brought to her home in Conrad and the funeral was held at the Methodist church on Monday afternoon. The pallbearers were Earl Clayman, Wesley Lister, L. J. Morrison, Earl Shepard, J. F. Wheeler and C. C. Alexander. The beautiful flowers were cared for by Mrs. C. C. Alexander, Mrs. I. A. Cohen, Mrs. L. J. Morrison and Mrs. Wesley Lister.

She leaves to mourn her departure a son, Rollin Baird, of Peoria, Ill., a brother, J. S. Hanna, of Conrad, and a sister, Mrs. Robert Thompson, of Wyoming.

The Royal Neighbor and Eastern Star lodges, of which she was a member, attended in a body. She was also a member of the M.E. church.

Rev. R. H. Collis, of Toledo, conducted the services assisted by Rev. E. E. Clements. Burial was made in the Conrad cemetery.
