The funeral of Mrs. E. Y. Titus was held at the home of her daughter, Mrs. John Gier, on Friday afternoon, conducted by Rev. E. E. Clements. Mrs. Titus was one of the pioneer settlers of this community, living on a farm north of Conrad for many years. After the death of Mr. Titus, three years ago, she made her home with her children. She passed away at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Grace Blackburn, of Omaha, after a long illness. The body was brought here to be laid by that of her husband.
