Mrs. James Young, aged about fifty-five years, passed away last Saturday at her home in Conrad and the funeral services were held on Monday last. Mrs. Young was a niece of J. E. Simms, of this city, and has been a resident of Grundy county a great many years.

Miss Sharp, a niece from Fort Crook, Col., was the only relative from a distance who attended the funeral.
