Old Reinbeck Resident Dies

John Henry Bothmann, one of the early settlers of southeast Grundy died at his home in Reinbeck Wednesday night of a complication of troubles. He was seventy-eight years old and had been in poor health for some time. Previous to moving to Reinbeck many years ago he farmed south of Morrison.

Henry Bothman was laid to rest in the Reinbeck cemetery beside his wife Sunday afternoon. His son, John, of Montana, was here in time for the funeral. Mr. Bothman was one of the old settlers in and near Reinbeck and leaves a host of friends. His wife died two years ago and he has continued living in the home with a housekeeper to care for him. He leaves two children, Mrs. Pepper and son, John, and two granddaughters.
