Mrs. Isabelle Asher Zufall, daughter of Wash and Sarah Asher, was born at Liscomb, Marshall county, Ia., May 12, 1848, and entered into the life beyond at the home of her daughter in Blue Earth, Minn., March 21, 1924, being 75 years, 10 months and 9 days old. She was united in marriage to Yewis Zufall May 30, 1873, who preceded her to the heavenly home 14 years ago. For the last ten years Mrs. Zufall has made her home with her daughter at Blue Earth, Minn. She is survived by three sons and daughters, Mrs. Nellie Mitchell, Ledyard, Ia.; Miley Zufall, of Nebraska; Mrs. Violet Weatherly of Kasson, Minn.; Henry Zufall, Dolliver, Iowa; Monroe Zufall, Armstrong, Iowa; Mrs. Evaline Swift and Mrs. Hester Sailer, Blue Earth, Minn. The deceased has been a member of the church of Christ for over 40 years. Besides these immediate members of the family she leaves 42 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren and many friends to mourn her death. The funeral services were conducted by Rev. Eugene Curless at the church of Christ. The body was laid in the Benson Cemetery beside her husband. Those from a distance who were in attendance at the funeral were Mr. and Mrs. Allie Mitchell, of Ledyard, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Zufall of Dolliver, and Mr. and Mrs. Monroe Zufall, of Armstrong.
