Obituary of Nadine Louise Ladage
The little daughter and youngest child of Mr. and Mrs. W. C. Ladage was called to her heavenly home on Tuesday evening, April 24. Nadine Louise was born December 10, 1920 and in her baby life was the object of bountiful affection from loving parents and sister and brothers. She was a child of much care for the shadow of sickness always ? when hopes are high that strength would to ? her growing life. God took her from our midst to be with the little ones that inhabit eternity. Nadine was three years, four months and fourteen days old, and in that time had become a part of all those whose lives entered the home circle so that her falling asleep left many a sorrowing heart. She was buried at Grundy Center on Thursday, April 26, at two o'clock in the afternoon, the services being conducted by Rev. Earl William Benbow, pastor of the First Presbyterian church. Miss June Peters sang very sweetly the two hymns, "Asleep in Jesus," and "Safe in the Arms of Jesus." The little child lives on in our memories as happy in the care of a loving God whose wisdom we can trust in our deepest sorrows.
