Louise Lutterman Dies at Hospital; Funeral Saturday

Funeral services for Mrs. Louise Lutterman, 75, were held at 12:30 p.m. Saturday in her home and later in the Wellsburg Reformed church, with Rev. George C. Poppen officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Lutterman died last Wednesday at the Grundy County Memorial Hospital, where she had been a patient since October. Her death was due to complications of her advanced age.

On October 17, 1901, she was united in marriage to Jurgen Lutterman. The couple lived on a farm south of Wellsburg until they retired in 1944 and moved to Wellsburg.

Mrs. Lutterman made confession of her faith on January 12, 1919, and became a faithful member of the Wellsburg Reformed church. She also became a member of the Ladies' Aid Society in 1912.

The union of Jurgen and Louise Lutterman, which ended in his death in November, 1949, was blessed with two children, LeRoy and Genevieve.

Surviving are the children, LeRoy of Wellsburg, and Mrs. Marvin Tack of Holland, one sister, Mrs. Minnie Hook, five grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
