Mrs. C. Mulder, 77, Of Morrison Dies

Mrs. Carl Mulder, 77, of Morrison died on Monday, April 19, at Schoitz Memorial Hospital in Waterloo where she had been a patient since March 20.

Funeral services were held on Thursday, April 22, at the United Presbyterian Church in Reinbeck with burial in the Washington Township Cemetery at Morrison. French Funeral Home of Reinbeck was in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Mulder was born Bernice Buffington at Mount Carroll, Ill., the daughter of H. C. and Mary Catherine Freezer Buffington on Aug. 5, 1893. In September of 1893 she came to Morrison, Iowa, with her parents and resided in the community from that time.

She married Carl Mulder on Dec. 15, 1920, in Reinbeck.

She was preceded in death by one daughter, Kathryn Glee in April 1959 and her husband in December 1962.
