Morrison Woman Dies At Courtney Home

Mrs. Belle McCulloch from Morrison died Sunday in the Courtney Convalescent Home in Grundy Center. A fractured hip and complications were the cause of her death.

The body was taken to the French Funeral Home in Reinbeck where funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at two o'clock. Burial was in the Washington township cemetery. Her husband preceded her in death.

Pallbearers were Elmer Petersen, Fred Stearns and Charles Plaehn of Reinbeck; Louis Keehn of Grundy Center; Dean Newell of Cedar Falls; and Jack Needham of Morrison. Flower committee was Mrs. Carl Mulder and Mrs. Everett Bowen.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Manne Bakker, Morrison, and Mrs. Milvern Lau, of Des Moines. There are seven grandchildren. Two sons, Ray and Virgil, preceded her in death.
