Lila Le Mauri Passes Away In San Diego

Word was received last week of the death of Mrs. E. A. Mauri of San Diego, CA, the former Lila Le Lindaman, who passed away on Wednesday afternoon, May 27, at the hospital, where she had been a patient since Tuesday evening.

Funeral services were held on Monday afternoon at El Camino Memorial Park Funeral Home at 5600 Carroll Canyon Road, San Diego, CA 92121.

Survivors are her husband, three daughters, and three grandchildren. Also surviving is her mother, Mrs. Luella Lindaman of Wellsburg.

Services for Lila Le Mauri In California

Services for Lila Le Mauri, of San Diego, CA were held on June 1, 1987, at 1 p.m. at the El Camino Mortuary Chapel in San Diego.

Officiating was the Reverend Harvey G. Throop of Palisades Presbyterian Church, of which Lila was a member since 1979. Reverend Throop read Psalm 139, 23 and 90, I Peter 3-9, and a vocal recording of "Beyond the Sunset" was played. Pallbearers were Michael Mauri, Mark Mauri, Robert Tjaden, Steven Tjaden, John Estes and Larry Boggioni.

Lila died of cancer on May 27 at Balboa Naval Hospital. She was a native of Wellsburg, but resided in San Diego since 1971. She married E. A. Mauri on January 8, 1955.

Survivors include her husband, also three daughters Barbara Estes, Carol Mauri and Susan Boggioni; three grandchildren, John Michael Estes, Kristina Marie Estes and Amy Elizabeth Boggioni all of San Diego; her mother, Louella Lindaman of Wellsburg, and many other friends and relatives.
