Mrs. Geroge H. Hook, 77, passed away suddenly at her home in Holland Friday, April 12 of a heart attack.

Mrs. Hook apparently became ill as she prepared her noon meal. A neighbor became suspicious something was wrong when she tried to contact Mrs. Hook by phone Friday afternoon, and members of the family were called.
Her body was found slumped on a sofa in her home.
A prayer service for Mrs. Hook was held at 1 p.m. Monday at her home in Holland, followed at 1:30 by the funeral service at the Colfax Center Presbyterian Church, with Rev. Gene Straatmeyer officiating.
Burial was in the church cemetery.
