Mr. J. K. DeSeelhorst, father of C. F. DeSeelhorst, met with a fatal accident on the 21st. He started from Eldora with a load of coal, and was probably thrown from the wagon to the ground. The team went on to the son's residence and search was then made for the old gentleman, who was found standing up in the road, bewildered in mind and unable to give any account of the accident. He was taken to his son's residence and died at 3 o'clock the same day.
