Lillian Muller, 86, of Grundy Center, Iowa, died Friday, May 2, 2008, at the Grundy Care Center in Grundy Center, Iowa.

Lillian was born on December 1, 1921 in Lincoln Township Grundy County, Iowa the daughter of Heiko and Tena (Grimmius) DeLange. She attended Lincoln Township Country School #8 thru the 8th grade.

On January 14, 1947 she was united in marriage to Sievert P. Muller Jr. in Grundy Center. Lillian was a school cook for many years retiring in December 1983. She was a member of Bethany Presbyterian Church in Grundy Center. She is survived by her 2 sons, Roger Muller and his wife Wendy of Grundy Center and Les Muller of Steamboat Rock, Iowa and Gaye Muller of Grundy Center; 2 grandsons, Scott Muller and his wife Somer of Grundy Center, Iowa, and Jordan Muller of North Liberty, Iowa; 2 granddaughters, Jessica Eilers and her husband Jeremy of Reinbeck and Angela Thoren and her husband Brent of Grundy Center; 5 great grandchildren Kolby Muller, Alaina Thoren, Kayden Muller Drew Eilers and Ryker Thoren; 2 sisters-in-law: Marilyn DeLange of Grundy Center, Iowa and Lena DeLange of Grundy Center, Iowa; and many neices and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Sievert; 3 brothers Tony, Gus and John DeLange; and 3 sisters Gertie Schmidt, Grace Schipper and Alyce Flater.
