Okones Infant Stillborn Friday

Brief committal services were held Saturday at the Shiloh Cemetery for the stillborn daughter born Friday morning at the Grundy Co. Memorial hospital to Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Okones of Reinbeck.

Survivors include the parents and one sister. There are also four grandparents, Mrs. and Mrs. Henry Okones and Mr. and Mrs. Don Patton of Reinbeck. The deceased was preceded in death by two brothers.

Stanley Okones Baby Buried On Saturday

The stillborn infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Okones, Reinbeck, which was born Friday at the Grundy County Memorial Hospital, was buried Saturday in the Shiloh Township Cemetery. Rev. V. A. Panzer of Reinbeck officiated.

This was the third child the young couple has lost. One of the deceased children was honored by The Register as the first baby born in 1955.

Mr. Okones is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Okones.
