Dairy Princesses Will Be Named at Parkersburg
Selection of dairy princesses to represent Butler county and Grundy county in competition at the Dairy Cattle congress at Waterloo in the fall to name the Iowa state dairy princess will climax Parkersburg's second annual Dairy day Thursday night.
The celebration is sponsored by the Parkersburg Chamber of Commerce.
Girls entered in the princess race and their sponsors, are:

Carol Stockdale, Aplington dairy

The night program will start at 7 o'clock at the ball park with a concert by the Parkersburg high school band and in case of rain will be in the school gymnasium.
A baseball game between Parkersburg and Whitten was scheduled.
