Jaspers-Aikes:

The marriage of Miss Fannie Jaspers, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Jaspers, of Grundy county southeast of Cleves, and Ralph Aikes, son of Mr. and Mrs. W. Aikes, near Cleves, was solemnized in the home of the bride's parents, Tuesday evening in the presence of thirty relatives and friends. The ceremony was performed by Rev. F. W. Engelke, pastor of the Westfriesland Presbyterian church, northeast of Cleves. Caroline Jutting played the wedding march.

The bride was dressed in white satin and wore a white tulle veil, carrying a bouquet of roses and baby breath. The bridegroom wore a navy blue suit. Following the ceremony a three-course dinner was served. After a ten day trip to the Black Hills, S. D. and a short visit with relatives at Sibley enroute, they will make their home in the new brick bungalow in Cleves where Mr. Aikes is assistance cashier of the Cleves Savings Bank.
