J. R. Brower last week from Forreston, Ill. Mrs. Brower remains there at the bedside of her daughter, Mrs. C. M. Kenyon, who is in a very dangerous condition and is emaciated from long sickness. She suffers from an open abscess below the stomach and from perforation of the bowels, most of her food discharging through the abscess. Her case is pronounced hopeless by all of the physicians who have been called in.--Iowa Falls Sentinel.

Bro. C. M. Kenyon, of the Forreston Herald, called on us last Friday. Mr. Kenyon took the cars Saturday for Iowa Falls and from there he will go to his home in Forreston, Illinois. He has our heartfelt sympathy in his late bereavement, by the hand of death taking from him his beloved wife.
