I checked the Greene County Genealogical Society's Master Index to Greene County Cemeteries, and it doesn't list any STINSON surname burials anywhere in Greene County.

I also checked the GCGS's transcription of Greene County Death Book 1 (1880-1897) and found no STINSON entries there either.

That doesn't necessarily mean that Leila didn't die in Greene County, just that if she did it's not recorded. Iowa law required registration of births, marriages and deaths beginning July 1, 1880, but in the early years not all deaths were recorded.
