Searching for family information

1)Thomas Urie buried in Jefferson Cemetery, d.1875.
Info on Find A Grave is not accurate; however, is there cemetery records available which could provide information: who purchased the lot, where did he live in Greene county, etc.

2)James Petter Lowe, lived in Rippey; four chldren: Harry, Leota, Fred, and Joe, all came to Oregon.
James brother William lived and died in Guthrie.

Any information on these to help build my family
stories?
