MRS. ISAAC ALBERT

Nellie Maebell Harrington, daughter of James and Mary Harrington was born at Nebraska City, Nebraska, Jan. 31, 1879, and passed away at her home in Jefferson, February 5, 1938, aged 59 years and five days.

She came to Greene county with her parents when she was eleven years old. Her parents located on a farm south of Jefferson and Nellie went to country school and later attended the public school in Jefferson.

When a young girl she was converted and joined the Presbyterian Church and has always lived a true Christian life. She was a patient sufferer for many months and made many new friends besides renewing old friendships of days gone by.

She was united in marriage to Isaac Albert, February 11, 1903 and in 1908 she and her husband moved to California where they lived many years. They returned to Greene County in 1936 where they again established their home in west Jefferson.

She leaves to mourn, her husband, a brother, Bert Harrington of Oakland, California, a niece, Blythe Kallosser and a grand niece, June of Oakland, California besides hosts of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held from the Slininger Chapel this afternoon, Feb. 8th with services by Rev. E. L. Marousek, Pastor of the Presbyterian Church. Burial in the Jefferson Cemetery.
