Mary, 100, died February 28 at Perry. Funeral Services are 10 a.m. Monday March 4 at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Perry with burial in Franklin Twp. Cemetery near Cooper. Visitation with family present will take place on Saturday, March 2, 3 to 5 p.m. at Hastings Funeral Home in Perry. Saturday night, directly following, there will be a Celebration of Life Supper at the Jamaica Community Center.

Mary is survived by her daughter Dianne Banning of Madrid; sons: Darrell (Rita) of Jefferson; Dennis (Willa) of Jamaica; Douglas (Karen) of Jefferson; and David (Donna) of Woodward; 14 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband Elvin "Dutch" and son-in-law Don Banning.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Jamaica Community Center or Jamaica Fire Dept. ~ The Des Moines Register, Des Moines, Iowa 4 Mar 2013.
