Found Documents,1800's-1900's

SMITH, COOK, GASTON, ADAMS, TARPENING

I recently purchased from the Lake Manawa Antique store in Council Bluffs a picture frame framing original documents from the 1800's and early 1900's. If anyone is interested in a copy of these documents, please feel free to contact me. They are:

1) Marriage Certificate complete with stamp dated 9/5/1866 from Knox County, Illinois for Lewis H. Smith and Parmelia P. Cook.
2) Tax receipt dated January 24, 1846 from Knox County,Illinois for Mark Cook for 220 acres (80, 80, and 60)
3) Tax receipt dated December 25(?), 1844 from Knox County, Illinois for Mark Cook for 180 acres (80, 40, and 60) and personal property of $309.00
4) Abstract of Title for property in Tabor, Iowa for Ozro Gaston, dated December 2, 1893. This abstract shows transfer of property from United States to Samuel H. Adams dated May 19, 1853, Samuel H. Adams and wife to Geo. B. Gaston dated October 6, 1853; Geo B. Gaston et al to Town of Tabor dated May 25, 1858; and additional transfers....down to July 25, 1898.
5) Deed of Cemetery Lots; Fremont County for James L. Tarpening (South half of lot one hundred and six (106) in Tabor Cemetery dated June 5, 1911
6) Merchants Union Express Company receipt dated 9/9/1868 to Sophie A. Cook, addressed L. A. Smith, Bartlett, Iowa
7) Letter to Mrs. A. I. Tarpening from Consumer Service Stations, Inc. dated November 26, 1919 presenting Participating Operation Certificate No. 2100 in the service station in Tabor, Iowa.
8) Participating Operation Certificate #2100 (which accompanied above letter) dated November 26, 1919, from The Consumers Service Stations, Inc., State of Deleware.

There was also a tin type of an unidentified woman.
