I, George Wolf of Fremont County and State of Iowa, being of sound mind and over the age of twenty-one years, do make and publish this, my last will and testament, to wit:
Ist. I will and bequeath to my beloved wife, Rebecca Wolf, one hundred, five dollars now in the hands of George W. Wolf, coming to me from my son, Jacob Wolf, now in California.
2nd. I give and bequeath to my beloved wife, Rebecca Wolf, all of estate, real personal and mixed that I may have in possession or to which I may be entitled in law or equity, at the time of decease. To my children, Elisabeth Lynch, Jennetty White, George W. Wolf, Jacob A. Wolf and Aner (?) S. Wolf, I will nothing.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal in presence of John G. Graves, Nicholas Proctor and A. A. Bradford whom I have called in to witness this, my last will and testament this third (3) day of June A. D. 1853.
