WILL OF ROBERT WRIGHT, Sr.

I, Robert Wright, Sr., of the township of Sidney, Fremont County and State of Iowa, being aware of the uncertainty of life and being of sound disposing mind and memory and of full age, do hereby make and declare this to be my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made.

First, I direct that my just debts and funeral expense be first fully paid.

Second, I give devise and bequeath unto my daughter Nevada Wright the sum of three hundred dollars, together with all my household property of all kinds.

Third, I give devise and bequeath unto my daughter Eliza Rosco, the sum of two hundred dollars, if living at the time of my decease, if not then living, said sum to be divided equally between my other living heirs except the sum of five dollars to each of her children living should she have such children at my decease.

Fourth, I give devise and bequeath to my son, Robert Wright, Jr. the sum of forty-five dollars.

Fifth, I give unto my son John Wright the sum of five dollars.

Sixth, I give devise and bequeath unto my son George Wright, my daughters Melvina Green, Eliza Rosco,
and Emma Defreese, my sons Alexander Wright and Robert Wright Jr. and my daughters Ida Yates, Nevada Wright and my daughter-in-law Martha Wright (wife of my son John Wright) all the remainder of my property, both personal and real propery or the money obtained therefrom to be equally divided between them, except Martha Wright who is to receive five dollars less than the others and should my daughter Eliza Rosco not be living at the time of my decease then in that event this distribution share mentioned in this paragraph be equally divided between the parties named in this paragraph.

Lastly I nominate my friend P. H. Hoop as executor of this my last will and testament without bond.
