WILL OF AMOS B. COPELAND
(Not my Relative)

I, Amos B. Copeland of the County of Fremont and State of Iowa being of sound mind and memory
do make publish and declare this my last will and testament in the manner following, to wit:

First - It is my will that after my decease all my just debts be paid.

Second - I give and bequeath to my daughter Sophia J Copeland the Chickering Piano that she now
has.

Third - After the Provisions above made I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Mary C. Copeland
all of my estate both personal and real to have and hold in fee simple.

Fourth - I hereby appoint my wife Mary C. Copeland sole Executrix of this my last will and
testament.
In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand this fifteenth day of December A.D. 1873

Subscribed by A. B. Copeland on the day of the date hereof in the presence of each of us and by
him declared to be his last will and testament and thereupon we at his request and in his presence
and in the presence of each other subscribed our names as witnesses...John B. Gray and Jno.
