Moses S. Rinehart, MD to IA, died 1886/Mt. Hope Cem.

I am looking for the obituary and any other information about Moses S. Rinehart. He was a Civil War vet from Maryland who died Dec. 31, 1886 and was buried in Mount Hope Cemetery, Dows, Franklin, IA. I am especially interested in finding out about his parents, siblings or children. Does anyone have information about him or know where I should look? Thanks! Jan
