Town of READLYN

I'm trying to get more info on a Jennie F. Brooks born June 11, 1865 and died February 25, 1901. The Iowa death records show: Cemetery - Grove Hill, Town: Readlyn, Franklin. I tried to look at the 1900 census for Franklin Co. and I can't even find a town named READLYN. Does anyone know where this town is and how I could find more info on a Jennie Brooks who is buried there. Thanks. BJ Shawd bjsenterprises@cfl.rr.com
