Goldsborough-White Connection

I am looking for information about the meeting and marriage of Charles L. Goldsborough and Mary Estelle White, probably around Dec 10, 1879 in Franklin Co. Can anyone verify this marriage and date (also place, etc.) Also, I am looking for information on the Goldsborough family that resided in Franklin (but also Woodbury) Co. in 1870 thru 1880 (?) I believe Charles L.'s father was Francis Goldsborough who is shown living in Franklin Co in 1880, but was in Woodbury Co in 1870. Francis's father may have been Charles W. (C.W.)
