TWO MURDERS, SUICIDE AT DOWS

Joseph Fromm, age 65, his second wife, Myrtle (nee Frost) Fromm, age 55, and their hired hand Earl Fisher, age 24, all dead in rural Dows, Iowa.

Two newspaper articles, both from Mason City Globe-Gazette (Mason City, Iowa) dated Monday, June 24, 1929 and Tuesday, June 25, 1929 tell of this double murder and suicide.

Burial in Mount Hope Cemetery for Joseph Fromm, and his wife Myrtle Fromm.
