Dows - Roy L. Bangs, 73, died Monday at a Clarion nursing home where he had been patient five years.

Funeral services were held Thursday at the Van Hove Funeral Home here with burial in Mount Hope Cemetery. The Rev. William O. Niles officiated.

Born August 8, 1887 at Dows, he was the son of Mr. and Mrs. A. A. Bangs.

He is survived by a sister, Mrs. Lou Oleson of Ackley, Minnesota and two brothers, Clifford and Arthur both of Seattle, Washington.
