Funeral services for Frank B. Ayers, 49, a resident of Dows for most of his life who died here at his home Tuesday, November 20 were held Friday afternoon, November 23 at the Erickson Funeral Home and burial was in Mount Hope Cemetery where the American Legion conducted committal rites.

He was born March 16, 1907 at Mason City and was married to Eva Harrington of Dows June 20, 1947. Surviving are his wife; his brother, George and a sister, Susie. He was a World War II veteran.
