Meservey - Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon for Mrs. Anna Bonte, 54, who died Thursday afternoon at a Hampton hospital after several months illness.

She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Virginia Pals; 2 grandchildren; three sisters: Mrs. Jennie Koenen, Aplington; Mrs. Tena Smith and Mrs. Peter Gruis of Meservey. Four brothers, Hye and Herman of Illinois, Otto of Alexander and Jake of Meservey also survive.

Her husband, Frank Bonte and her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Ostendorf preceded her in death.
