Longtime Coulter resident Passed away Tuesday
Mrs. Hans C. Hansen, of Coulter, passed away Tuesday noon at Ahrens Nursing Home No. 1, in Hampton. Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon, July 1, at 2:00 o'clock, at St. John's Lutheran Church, southwest of Hampton.
Rev. Ronald L. Hawkinson will officiate at the last rites and burial will be in the church cemetery.
The Green & Sietsema Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Egedie Hansen was born July 27, 1877, in Denmark, the daughter of the late Mr. And Mrs. Peter Hansen Pedersen. She was married to Hans C. Hansen, September 20, 1900, in Vester Sresinge, Fyn, Denmark. They came to Franklin county and settled in Coulter in 1919.
She is survived by three sons Edward Hansen and Henry Hansen, of Hampton; and Gunnar Hansen, of Latimer; two daughters, Mrs. Holger Rasmussen, of Latimer, and Mrs. Russell Hansen, of Hampton. Also surviving is one sister, Sophie Rasmussen, and one brother, Hans C. Pedersen.
