Dies of Lockjaw.
Homer Hemm, a young man who was injured in a corn husking machine, died from lockjaw at Hampton. His hand was badly lacerated by being caught in the machinery, but it was not thought that death would be the result.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows he is buried in Old Chapin Cemetery and was born September 2, 1889 and died November 12, 1908.
