Lewis P. Berry, a gallant solider of Company H., 32d Iowa, recently died at his home in Geneva Township from disease brought on by a wound in the service. He was the Republican nominee for sheriff two years ago, but was beaten by an Independent candidate, who carried the Democratic vote of the county. More hereafter. STYLUS
