Mrs. I. Vestergaard Dies; Last Rites Will Be Today

Mrs. Ida Vestergaard, of Hampton, passed away early Saturday morning at Franklin General Hospital, in Hampton. Funeral services will be held this afternoon, Tuesday, at 2:00 o'clock, at St. John's Lutheran Church, southwest of Coulter. Rev. Sedoris N. McCartney will officiate at the last rites and burial will be in the church cemetery. The Green & Sietsema funeral home is in charge of the arrangements.

She was born September 14, 1890, at Blairsburg, the daughter of the late Mr. And Mrs. Jorgen Christensen.

She was married to Jess Miller, March 15, 1912, at St. John's Lutheran Church, who preceded her in death.

On February 27, 1923, she was married to Chris Vestergaard at the home of her parents, south of Coulter.

Mrs. Vestergaard is survived by one son, Alfred Miller, of Hampton; two brothers, Sophus Christensen and John Christensen, both of Hampton; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two sisters and one brother.
