Norman T. Holm of Mason city, former Hampton resident, died very suddenly Wednesday afternoon, Feb. 9, at Mercy Hospital in Mason City of an apparent heart attack. Funeral services were held Saturday, Feb. 12, at St. John's Lutheran Church, southwest of Hampton, with the Rev. Milton Eklund officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery. Sietsema-Vogel Funeral Home was in Charge.
Born Oct. 4, 1910 in Latimer, he was the son of Mr. And Mrs. Jens Holm. He was married to Shirlee Watson June 17, 1944 at Chapin. They farmed in Franklin County and he was also a feed salesperson. Nine years ago they moved to Eagle Grove where they lived for eight years and the last year had made their home in Mason City.
Mr. Holm is survived by his wife, one son, Norman E. Of Hampton, two brothers, Elmo of Hampton, and Ervin of Clear Lake, Minn. And two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.Mr. Holm at present was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church in Mason City.
