Mrs. Lowell (Helen J.) Simons, 45, Hampton, passed away Thursday, Nov. 25, at Franklin General Hospital. She had been in ill health for several months.

Funeral services were held Saturday, Nov. 27, at St. John's Lutheran Church southwest of Hampton with the Rev. Fred Ollendorf officiating at the last rites. Interment was in the church cemetery. Vogel Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

She was born dec. 30, 1930, in Franklin County, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Jens Sondergaard. She was a graduate of Haampton High School. On Dec. 26, 1951, she was married to Lowell Simons in Hampton.

Mrs. Simons is survived by her husband, three daughters, Mrs. Jim (Christine) Burmester, of Dumont, Kathleen of Hampton and Jacqueline at home and two grandchildren. She was predceded in death by her parents and one son.

She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church and the K.Y.C. mothers club.
