Mrs. Anna K. Walker, 91, long-time Hampton resident, died suddenly Wednesday morning, Nov. 25 at Franklin General Hospital. Funeral services were held Friday morning, Nov. 27, at Sietsema-Vogel Funeral Home with the Rev. John Chapple officiating. Burial was in the Hampton Cemetery.

Born Dec. 16, 1889 in Manson, Iowa, she was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles Bahls. She was married to Leil Walker July 17, 1913 at Nevada. Mr. Walker died in 1957.

Mrs. Walker is survived by four sons, Herbert, Bill and Richard, all of Hampton, Edward of Mt. Pleasant; four daughters, Mrs. Mike (Fannie) Manifold, Hampton; Mrs. Allan (Jean) Connelly, Dumont; Mrs. Duane (Leila) Andersen and Mrs. Wilma Petersen, Hampton; three brothers, Harold Bahls, Robert Bahls and Edward Bahls, all of Austin, Minn.; four sisters, Mrs. Mabel Giles, Spokane, Wash.; Mrs. Myrtle Petersen, Linnwood, Cal.; Mrs. Emma Nye, Sheridan, Wyo., and Mrs. Jennie Petersohn, Newton, Iowa. Also surviving are 25 grandchildren and 34 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two sons, two brother and three sisters.
