Alexander, Jan. 19 - Mrs. John Blair, who died of pneumonia at her home Saturday was buried in the Alexander cemetery Tuesday following services at the Reform church in charge of the Rev. J.B. Frerich.

Kasina Blankman was born in Hardin county, April 6, 1865. On Nov. 13 1886 she was married to John Blair at Chapin, where they lived for some time, then moved to their farm north of Alexander. In past years they lived in town. Twelve children were born to this union. Four preceded their mother in death.
