Martin Dodge and his wife Betsy Maria Barnes, had several children who left home and went to Iowa. They were Harriet Emily, b. 1820, married Addison Allen; Ira, born 1825, Henry b. 1836 and Chrolotte, b. 1839, married Lathem Morgan. Harriet ended up in Chickasaw County, the other 3 in Floyd County.

My ggrandfather, William, their brother, came to Wisconsin in 1854. I assume his brothers and sisters left around the same time. I have recently heard of a Clara Dodge, who married an Emory Morse, but don't know which family she was from.

Does anyone have any knowledge of the Iowa branch of the Dodges?
