The following is what D. Scott found on ancestry.com with regards to Arthur Moore:

Arthur Moore June 6, 1908—November 1985; was the son of Harry Moore and Laura Schmolke; grandson of Edwin Moore and Eloda Cogswell.

I couldn’t find an obit for him as Ancestry online obits stop at around 1969 and then start with much newer ones. I looked through a bunch of articles but couldn’t find one where he had married.

Records I did Find:

1900 US Census: Rockford, Floyd, Iowa
Edwin R Moore 58 born October 1841 Pennsylvania
Elodar 53 born June 1846 New York (nee Cogswell)
Mabel 17
Harry 11 born July 1888 Iowa

1910 US Census: Rockford, Floyd, Iowa

Eloda 63
Harry H 21, son
Laura 18, daughter in law (Laura E Schmolke…born October 1891)

Note**After Harry’s death in 1934, she married August Fred Osterhage on March 2, 1939 in Minnehaha Co., S. Dakota; both parties lived in Mason City, Cerro Gordo Co., at the time of the marriage certificate. Laure E (Schmolke) Moore Osterhage was born October 25, 1891 and died March 1878, Charles City . . . from SS records.
